				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hello and thanks for checking out my <a title="Insanity round 2 final results" href="http://www.insaneworkoutreview.com/"><strong>Insanity Workout Review</strong></a> site. I hope that you are all enjoying the site and finding the content to be useful.</p>
<p>I wanted to take a few minutes to give you guys and update on my Insanity round 2 journey. I have completed the 8<sup>th</sup> week and I am officially finished with the program again.</p>
<p>I am very happy with the results. I have lost another 10 pounds and I currently weight less than I ever have in 10 years. I am down to 190 pounds.</p>
<p>I started around 240 pounds so, that is a total weight loss of pounds 50 pounds!</p>
<p>To put it into perspective, the next time you are at the gym pick up a 50 pound dumbbell and just hold it for a few minutes.</p>
<p>If you think holding it for a few minutes is tough, I used to carry that around on me all the time!</p>
<p>This is a true testament to the Insanity program and how effective it is. It really is an amazing feeling, full of mixed emotions, to be sitting here telling all of you that I used to be 50 pounds heavier.</p>
<p>I know what it truly feels like to be excessively overweight and that is precisely why I created this site. I want to help everyone I can.</p>
<p>I am living proof and I know that anyone who is looking to lose the weight can achieve the same results. It takes dedication and hard work, but the rewards are awesome.</p>
<p>I feel stronger and definitely more flexible. I can see all of my abs very clearly and that was my main goal to achieve when I started this program.</p>

I hope that you are enjoying the site and finding the content to be useful.</p>
<p>I wanted to give a quick update about my Insanity round 2 results. I am still around 190 pounds, which is awesome for me. I did notice that my body fat is very low because I can see my abs much more clearly and I have veins in my arms that are showing.</p>
<p>I don’t have exact numbers on body fat loss because I don’t have any calipers. I will be ordering some this week and I will definitely have a final number for the end of the program final results.</p>
<p>I did notice that I haven’t been struggling through the plyometric workouts and that is a good thing. The plyometric workouts are crazy and that was always my hardest to perform.</p>
<p>I have been sticking to the nutrition guide, religiously, and it has served me well. I have changed up the salads, but the changes didn’t make the nutrition facts change. The proper ratio is still maintained.</p>
<p>I will be adding a few new products to the site very soon. I am adding a Shakeology review to the site. I love the stuff and I use it every single day and that is the only reason that I recommend it.</p>
<p>I also, will be purchasing the new Beach Body Ultimate Reset program. When I receive it I will be writing a review about it, also. It is this great new product from Beach Body and it is a 21 day total body cleanse. I think it will be great for me to wrap up my second round of Insanity with a great cleanse product.</p>
<p>I know I can use a reset.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hello and thanks for taking the time today to check out my <strong><a title="Insanity Round 2 Week # 6" href="http://www.insaneworkoutreview.com/">Insanity Workout Review</a> </strong>site. I wanted to start off by saying thanks for taking the time out of your crazy life to read this blog.</p>
<p>If you are here now then that means you are committed and you are ready to see how far you can take your body with Insanity.</p>
<p>I know that you are looking for something that works and you are sick of wasting time and your hard earned money on worthless products full of empty promises.</p>
<p>I wanted to write today to give you an update on my personal Insanity round 2 journey. I am very happy to inform all of you that I am down to 190.6 pounds today.</p>
<p>That number to me still seems unreal, but it is the physical change that I see which really bring it home for me. Some of the things I noticed most are muscle definition and weight loss.</p>
<p>I also, see the “v” shape going sown to my waste and today I noticed what I have named “hip veins.” Because my body fat is so low, I can see the veins on top of my protruding hip bones. I am pretty impressed because a few months ago I didn’t even have hipbones!</p>
<p>I also, feel myself powering through the exercises more easily than ever. I don’t need to take caffeine or pre workout supplements most days.</p>
<p>I recommend that anyone who is really serious about losing the weight and getting ripped get this program. I have also, recently added P90X, P90X2, and Inanity Asylum product review pages. All of the programs are amazing and each is tailored towards your specific goals. So, check those out as well.</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hello and thanks for taking the time out of your busy day to check out my <strong><a title="Insanity Round 2 Week # 5" href="http://www.insaneworkoutreview.com/">Insanity Workout Review</a> </strong>site and I truly hope that you are enjoying the content.</p>
<p>I wanted to take some time today to write a brief blog to update you all on my second round of Insanity progress.</p>
<p>I wanted to start by sharing some very exciting news and that is I am down to 193 pounds. I haven’t been less than 195 pounds in 10 years and I have to say that it feels great.</p>
<p>I had been over weight for so long that I truly forgot what it feels like to not have the stress of the extra 45 pounds that I was carrying on my body and putting negative pressure on all of my joints.</p>
<p>I had to buy all new clothes because the large size is too big. So, now I rock medium and athletic fit shirts. That is something that I haven’t been able to pull off for years. My waste is down to a 34 from a 38 and I had to get all ne jeans also.</p>
<p>I am a living testament that this program works and it works amazingly well. I have the most energy I have had in 10 years. I used to be caffeine and energy drink junky, but now I don’t take any of it and I still have amazing energy. It truly is impressive how much of a fine tuned machine your body is and once you give it the correct fuel it runs like a drag car.</p>
<p>I am recommending that all of you take the time to check out the program and see the amazing results for yourself. I am just a normal guy and if I can achieve the results you see in my before and after pic then so can you.</p>

<p>I wanted to write a quick blog to announce that there have been a few changes to the site that make it better for all who are looking to get ripped.</p>
<p>Firstly, I have updated the before and after pictures to illustrate my current fitness levels to you guys. I am down to 196 pounds and I am not stopping until I hit my target weight. I will keep you guys posted on my progress.</p>
<p>I also, have added a second page for the Insanity Asylum program. There is a very in depth review of the program and I highly suggest if you are ready for the next challenge or to push yourself to new physical fitness levels then you check it out.</p>
<p>I will be adding the P90X and P90X2 program reviews very soon. I will also, be adding a supplement page where you can order the supplements as well.</p>

<p>I wanted to take some time today to give you guys a quick week number four update of my second round of Insanity.  I’m very happy with my current results and I lost another two pounds.  I feel myself getting stronger every day and not being as winded when I perform the exercises.</p>
<p>I can see all my abdominal muscles very clearly and I can’t wait until they completely pop out.  I don’t feel myself getting bored with the program which is what I was afraid was going to happen.</p>
<p>I feel motivated every day to continue my workouts and I do think I’ll achieve of my own personal goals by the end of this workout.</p>

<p>I wanted to take some time today to write a blog and give you all an update on my second round of Insanity.</p>
<p>I have been kicking butt now for 3 weeks and I lost another 2 pounds this week. I am no longer sore after the workouts and I am very excited to be able to see my abs more defined.</p>
<p>I am sticking to the diet religiously because we all know that the most important part of any program is the diet. I don’t want to waste my time and energy performing exercises that do nothing for my appearance.</p>
<p>I can’t wait for the 4<sup>th</sup> week and I look forward to the challenge.</p>

The benefits in clued healthy heart function, blood pressure, blood viscosity, joints, immune function, brain function, and healthy eye function. The list continues on the great benefit of Omega 3.</p>
