Insanity Round 2 Week #6 Update

Hello and thanks for taking the time today to check out my Insanity Workout Review site. I wanted to start off by saying thanks for taking the time out of your crazy life to read this blog.

If you are here now then that means you are committed and you are ready to see how far you can take your body with Insanity.

I know that you are looking for something that works and you are sick of wasting time and your hard earned money on worthless products full of empty promises.

I wanted to write today to give you an update on my personal Insanity round 2 journey. I am very happy to inform all of you that I am down to 190.6 pounds today.

That number to me still seems unreal, but it is the physical change that I see which really bring it home for me. Some of the things I noticed most are muscle definition and weight loss.

I also, see the “v” shape going sown to my waste and today I noticed what I have named “hip veins.” Because my body fat is so low, I can see the veins on top of my protruding hip bones. I am pretty impressed because a few months ago I didn’t even have hipbones!

I also, feel myself powering through the exercises more easily than ever. I don’t need to take caffeine or pre workout supplements most days.

I recommend that anyone who is really serious about losing the weight and getting ripped get this program. I have also, recently added P90X, P90X2, and Inanity Asylum product review pages. All of the programs are amazing and each is tailored towards your specific goals. So, check those out as well.

I will keep you guys posted on my future progress as I improve.
