Insanity Week 3 Update

Hello and thanks for taking the time out of your very busy schedule to check out my Insanity Workout Review site. I hope that you are enjoying the site content and finding the site to be useful.

I wanted to take some time today to write a blog and give you all an update on my second round of Insanity.

I have been kicking butt now for 3 weeks and I lost another 2 pounds this week. I am no longer sore after the workouts and I am very excited to be able to see my abs more defined.

I am sticking to the diet religiously because we all know that the most important part of any program is the diet. I don’t want to waste my time and energy performing exercises that do nothing for my appearance.

I can’t wait for the 4th week and I look forward to the challenge.
